Abbey Seals International Ltd is Ireland’s premier manufacturer and distributor of seals and gaskets. Established in 1983, Abbey Seals is an Irish owned, family run business with offices in Dublin and Cork. With over 40,000 different sizes and materials in stock including O-rings, gaskets, hydraulic and pneumatic seals, rotary shaft oil seals & mechanical seals, we aim to ensure that we have the product you need delivered to you quickly and at a competitive price. Since 2014, our Cork manufacturing facility has been a hub of innovation, with two state-of-the-art CAD knife-cutting tables that help us create custom gaskets with efficiency and accuracy. We can even photograph and map your existing gasket to create a perfect replica thanks to a high-tech camera system, offering you a truly bespoke service. Our CNC Lathes are the next frontier of seals, offering express manufacturing on a wide-range of products. Both of our CNC lathes have barfeeders to increase our efficiency and capacity for bulk orders. We offer over 180 pre-set profiles and the ability to create new profiles and parts from 5mm up to 600mm OD – essentially, if you want it, we can create it in our in-house manufacturing service, Abbey Seals Xpress.
