Every step of production and distribution is recorded for quality control purposes. This is a sophisticated system called MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning). The strict regime of analysis, quality assessment, certification and record keeping on our part and by our suppliers ensures that the oils you will receive when you order will be of the best and purest possible. The steps we have taken to control and assure quality enable us to guarantee our products. Your money will be returned, or product replaced if you are not fully satisfied. We are able to extend our product guarantee with full product support to our customers using not only our own resources but also those of our growers and suppliers.
