Abacus Machine and Automotive Services of Virginia Beach, VA, is one of the original high performance, machine work, and maintenance services shops for import, domestic, classic, vintage, and exotic vehicles. Officially established in 1986, Abacus brings over 30 years of R&D, knowledge and applicable experience to road and racing performance vehicles. We are a full service shop with a six bay repair facility specializing in foreign and import car services, particularly Jaguar, Land Rover, and British and Italian sports cars. We offer in-house diagnostics, routine maintenance, electronic diagnostics, and programming. Our technicians are ASE certified and are experts in all areas of automotive service and repair. In addition to our technical capabilities beyond our repair and service shop, we also have facilities dedicated to performance engines and top-down restorations. Mechanical restoration and overhaul, including sheet metal repair, for early muscle cars and British sports cars is routinely undertaken by our technicians. Our own race team's engines are also serviced in our machine shop, where we offer high performance modifications and rebuilds.
