Over time, this has moved beyond IT alone. We’ve increasingly focused on how systems support decision-making on the ground — not just keeping things running, but helping businesses understand what’s actually happening in their operations. This shift led to the development of ProviCost. ProviCost is a system designed for fresh produce processing, focused on tracking how yield, handling, and day-to-day operational changes affect real cost per kg and margin. It addresses a gap we’ve seen repeatedly: Most systems track what businesses pay for raw inputs. Very few track what they actually get out of them. Alongside ProviCost, we continue to support SMEs with: • Network design, installation, and support • Cloud migration and optimisation • Cybersecurity and POPIA-aligned compliance • Ongoing IT support and infrastructure management Our approach is simple: Build systems that work in the real world — not just on paper.
