ABA Works provides compassionate, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children, adolescents, and adults with autism, developmental delays, ADHD, and related support needs. Our mission is to help each client build meaningful skills that increase independence, confidence, communication, connection, and quality of life. We believe that effective ABA should be ethical, engaging, practical, and tailored to the whole person. Every program is designed around the individual’s strengths, needs, family priorities, developmental level, and everyday environment. Our team works closely with clients, caregivers, schools, and other professionals to create support that is consistent, collaborative, and meaningful beyond the therapy session. ABA Works offers a wide range of services, including 1:1 ABA intervention, in-home and community-based support, clinic-based sessions, school collaboration, social skills groups, parent-training groups, individualized parent coaching, early learner programming, assessments, behavior support planning, and an early learning center environment focused on play, communication, social development, and school readiness. Our services are designed to support growth across the areas that matter most in daily life, including communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, play, adaptive living skills, independence, safety, flexibility, learning readiness, and positive behavior change. We use evidence-based strategies while keeping sessions warm, motivating, relationship-focused, and responsive to each person’s needs. At ABA Works, families are not observers in the treatment process; they are Our energetic agency services families in the greater LA area. We collaborate with international specialists and create a network of thoroughly trained Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, and Clinical Supervisors.
