Aaron J. Prisbrey, P.C. has been helping injury victims in Southern Utah since 1994. We have tried several hundred cases, obtaining favorable verdicts on behalf of most of our clients. In fact, to this date, we still have several of the highest jury verdicts ever obtained in automobile accident cases in the area. We have appealed numerous cases and have helped shape Utah law in the area of personal injury. Mr. Prisbrey was instrumental in the formation of premises liability law in the Kessler lawsuit, as well as the Hale case. Both of these cases went before the Utah Supreme Court and resulted in favorable outcome for our clients and all accident victims with similar claims. Additionally, Mr. Prisbrey argued the Thomas case, which is one of the most important cases relating to permanent total disability claims in a worker's compensation context.
