Aalborg Fægteklub Information

Aalborg Fægteklub (Aalborg Fencing Club) is open to anyone interested in fencing, also non-Danes studying or working in the city and the region. We have room for everyone – no matter if you want to indulge in fencing on exercise level or participate in competitions. Modern fencing consists of concentrated, intense, fast and exciting matches. During training you practice skills and acquire knowledge while fencing with modern electronic equipment. Fencing provides flexibility, mobility and speed – and it strengthens your skills within coordination, reaction, concentration and balance. You learn to set personal goals. You find out how to be relaxed, but with all the senses on. And you get in better shape. Fencing requires technique, tactics, concentration, contemplation, speed and power. And it can all be learned. Is fencing for you? You’ll only find out by trying. You’re welcome to come visit when we practice – to meet us and get a first taste of what fencing is, in general and in our club.
