A+Aging Advantage Information

A+ Aging Advantage is a private geriatric care management company serving older adults and individuals with disabilities in the St. Louis area. We provide professional care management and ongoing concierge monitoring services that can increase or decrease as needs change. Many clients begin services during a health event or family concern and later transition to ongoing support that includes regular check-ins, appointment accompaniment, assistance with meals or errands, and communication with out-of-town family members. If a client experiences a hospitalization or decline, services can immediately expand to include care coordination and medical advocacy — without introducing new providers. Our approach allows clients to remain safely in their homes while ensuring professional support is already in place should a crisis occur.
