AAF Indianapolis was founded in 1907 as the second advertising club in the United States. Our archives are maintained at Butler University in Indianapolis and include having founded the Better Business Bureau of the United States and writing the first national standards for advertising ethics. Norm Wilkins, president of the board of the Indianapolis AdClub in 1979, currently chairs the Council of Presidents of the Indianapolis Ad Club and AAF Indianapolis. These individuals help retain our history and hold us to the highest standards. A complete history of the Indianapolis Ad Club and AAF Indianapolis is currently being prepared and will be added to this site.
