In early 2012, Aadya Builders was officially established with offices in Vijayawada and Hyderabad. The first project took off in 2013 in the upscale locales of Kondapur. Aptly named First Home, it featured 2 and 3 BHK apartments adhering to the philosophy and principles of Mr. Chandra. The project was a huge success and led to a bigger second venture, Capital Empire in the heart of Vijayawada, the new capital of Andhra Pradesh. Other key projects are already on the anvil in upcoming strategic locations of Andhra Pradesh. Despite everything, our mantra remains simple - obsession with customer focus.
