A&A Senior Living Management specializes in managing communities that are struggling to meet revenue goals and/or compliance issues with the State or the Labor Dept. We are focused on high levels of care, especially in standalone memory care communities. In addition to driving revenue (including contracting with large health care organizations like Kaiser and Sutter), we also control expenses so owners receive the highest ROI. A&A also has taken over communities for small operators that would like to sell within two – five years. Analyzing and improving all aspects of the community, we are able to turn the communities around so the owners can get the best price for their investment.
