A4G Llp Information

Whether you own a business that is just starting, growing or has perhaps stalled you will find all the help and advice you need at A4G. We believe that a good accountant should be doing far more than just your end of year accounts! Our mission is to be the best all round advisers to owner managed businesses which means our priority is to give you the right advice considering all your circumstances including your long-term wealth strategy and the plans for your business. A4G are market leaders in advising on hybrid partnerships which are combinations of a limited company and individuals trading as non-incorporated or limited liability partnerships. Such a structure gives rise to tax planning opportunities by virtue of getting the best of both self employed and limited company tax rules and enables our clients to create a structure that is easier to sell or bring in key individuals for the purposes of succession planning. A4G also have specialist teams who are available for working with niche clients such as Advertising Agencies, Landlords, Professional Golfers and sportsmen including Steve Backley OBE. Our services include a ‘less dependant’ service where we can help you to create more time for yourself, a management accounts service which will improve your key business decision making, strategic planning, profit and cash flow, a ‘head start’ service for new or emerging businesses, free quarterly seminars etc. For job opportunities email donna@a4g-llp.co.uk
