A2SERVICES Information

Established in 2001, incorporated in 2003 and based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, A2 Services provides management services to companies and government entities. These services are performed in the field of architecture, engineering, construction and operations & maintenance (AECOM). A2 Services was founded by Adam A. Shirvinski and Andrew Varner with the expressed purpose of providing premium quality facilities management and engineering services. A2 Services performs this diverse set of management tasks for clients with engagements ranging from project management of tenant build-outs to performing building commissioning services. In performing commissioning services, A2 Services provides an operator’s perspective to the design, construction and commencement of a facility. A2 Services will provide overall oversight and commentary during the initial design phase, while during the course of construction A2 Services will perform quality control and monitoring to ensure proper system(s) installation therein supporting the obtainment of LEED Certification for the facility.
