A. Rhodes Wilson, MBA, EA, CFP®, CLU® founded our company in 1989 as a tax planning and preparation service. Meetings with clients showed a clear need for comprehensive financial planning, so we obtained investment and insurance licenses. We expanded our services to include financial planning, investment services and insurance protection for individuals and businesses. These investment/insurance services are currently being handled under a separate business entity. Over the years we have also worked with business owners - helping them start, manage, expand and gracefully exit their companies. Now, using the BizEquity on-line valuation tool, we can establish an accurate valuation of a business - information every business owner should know for current protection and for future planning. With team member Nyle Berkes, we look forward to providing tax and business consulting services for many years to come.
