A Plus Home Care Services is an in-home service provider dedicated to helping our clients lead dignified, independent lifestyles in the comfort and safety of their own homes. By carefully assessing the individual, we will select trained personnel to meet their needs. Our services include but are not limited to personal care such as bathing, grooming, mobilization activities, medication set up and monitoring. Along with general housework, meal prep, running errands, and transportation to and from appointments. Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet the clients' needs and can be arranged for short or long-term periods. Care Manager Assessments are conducted to find clients' functioning capabilities, to identify their needs, to determine what services are required and assist in their development of optimum independence. Our professional care manager may coordinate with other health professionals as indicated, develop care plans, make referrals, and arrange for service schedules according to the clients' and family wishes. A Plus Home Care Services & Supplies is committed to providing professional, ethical, and quality service by relieving clients and families of the worry that can occur when hiring privately, as we carefully screen, train, and inform our employees.
