A Floral Affair delivers flowers to the greater Portland metropolitan area, Clackamas and Washington Counties. Delivery Hours are Monday through Saturday 9AM to 5PM (after hours and out of area deliveries are available for an extra charge). For holidays and special occasions such as Valentines Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we suggest that you place your order as soon as possible (but don't worry guys we'll do our best to get your last minute flower order to your special lady).
