A-1 Counseling Center Information

A-1 Counseling Center, Inc. was established to provide top quality, private professional counseling to children, adolescents, adults, veterans and seniors. Originally working with clients on a private pay basis, the practice later began contracting with a few select insurance companies. We have now expanded the number of insurance companies we work with to be of benefit to their members. We work with the full range of mental health issues. Each person is unique and we design individualized treatment plans for each client. For those who are not local to us, online therapy is available. We also do evaluations to determine if a person would benefit from having an Emotional Support Animal (ESA). Be aware that counseling is a process where we facilitate our clients' efforts towards positive change. Change only happens when the client actively works to achieve the result they desire.
