81up Information

We are a group of everyday entrepreneurs who have built successful businesses. On our journey, we’ve experienced the highs and lows of running a business. This may be similar to what you are facing now. Through solving these challenges, we have developed the 81up Business System and more importantly, discovered our purpose. We are here to help others create their own business legacy WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO A study conducted by the Australian Government has shown that the survival rate for small businesses was only 59.7% over the four-year period between 2007 and 2011. This means that two out of every five small businesses has since ceased trading. There are many reasons for this. Over the years, we have assisted our clients to design game-changing strategies and as a result, they are achieving phenomenal results in what is a time of economic uncertainty. These businesses are experiencing record profits, as well as increased margins and higher revenue. We have extensive experience in a range of industries and work with numerous business owners stemming from different cultural and professional backgrounds. That said, they all have one thing in common: mentors who are the right fit for them. Our business coaching and management consulting division includes clients such as Nobody Denim, HRGurus, Fonda Mexican, Seamless, Sterling Fire Services and PRAVA Developments. Our management consultants also advise our corporate clients, which include ANZ, NAB, HP and Infosys. Through our strategic and insightful series of Business thinktanks, we guide our clients and arm them with the skills and knowledge they need to build their own thriving, sustainable and profitable businesses.
