Located in the heart of “the 805,” 805 Escrow is an independent escrow company, founded with the mission of providing a simplified escrow process for a wide variety of professional escrow services with a primary focus of servicing the 805 area. 805 Escrow was founded by Galen Callahan, who has worked in real estate industry since 2005, and had a vision of bringing more value - added service to escrow customers. In doing so, her goal was to find ways to provide more value to the 805 community, as a whole. By partnering with local charities, sponsoring Little League, and playing an active role in giving back to the community, 805 Escrow has grown to become the trusted escrow company serving Ventura, west Los Angeles County and Santa Barbara County.
