On November 17th, 1997 the company announced its intentions to merged with Pulse Entertainment, Inc. August of that year, the new company, P7 Solutions was announced as a supplier of custom marketing services, tools and technology. The merger was later canceled in April of the following year. Following the failed merger, the company continued business as 7th Level Inc. until 1998.
