7D Method is an enterprise that uses BIM as an enabler to provide Design, Construction Documentation and Data Integration for Facility Management. Working with a range of established local partners, we deliver for our esteemed clients the following: 3D BIM – three dimension model that allows for information sharing, clash detection and problem solving during the planning stages of a project. 4D BIM – construction sequencing and scheduling data ensuring seamless lines of communication between different entities and recording the progress of execution. 5D BIM – Ability to extract accurate cost information including capital costs, running costs and the cost of renewal / replacement across a project’s lifecycle. 6D BIM – Facilitates the shift of focus from the capital cost of construction to the project cost across its lifecycle, thereby allowing for better decision making both in terms of cost and sustainability. 7D BIM – Operations and facility management in scheduling preventive maintenance of building structure and equipment used in the facility, track building performance, manage assets, enable better space utilization, and disaster and emergency planning. At 7D Method, we are also actively involved in Research, Training & Development into BIM Level 3.
