6D Laser, LLC was founded in 2018 by Stephen R Uhlhorn, PhD. 6D Laser integrates the unique capabilities of ultrafast laser micro-processing with advanced multi-axis motion control, enabling the manufacture of unique 3-dimensional parts for a variety of applications. Recently, 6D Laser developed two novel ultrafast laser micromachining "platforms", and has delivered four fully integrated systems to universities and DOD. At the end of 2020 6D Laser’s founder recognized a critical need in the marketplace that has not been met, and its sole mission pivoted towards commercializing the next generation of laser micromachining platform with specific -confidential IP - technological attributes that are not widely available. ORGANIZATION - 6D Laser is creating an innovative next generation laser machine tool which provides our customers with a distinct competitive advantage in their respective marketplace.
