We are a team of internet professionals of various specializations that range from ideation and product definition, to prototyping, development and performance profiling for high traffic. We use extreme programming techniques such as pair programming, collective code ownership, retrospectives and test driven development. Our process resembles a mixture of Kanban and Scrum, with short iterations, allowing us to stay lean = deliver maximum value at minimum cost. We believe in freedom at work, have a flat organization structure and no dedicated sales or project management staff. Everyone of us works directly on the code while also actively communicating with the client to minimize any information noise - the number one cause of failure.
