During his time there, he used all the major search and assessment firms but felt none of them could demonstrate a truly collaborative approach to deliver remarkable outcomes. This was his chief driver for creating 6 Group. He wanted to put forward a genuine alternative that lives and breathes two key principles; Go Beyond and Partnering.
