5Dtect is an innovative manufacturer that developed the HeightMaster device, designed to measure and report on subsidence. The HeightMaster sensor is used in our Patented SettleMesh system which offers a range of applications across mining, infrastructure and construction. SettleMesh monitors settlement in real-time to mitigate the risk of failure in dams, highway projects, buildings and other structures where subsidence is a real potential future risk. Our innovative SettleMesh system is built to replace conventional settlement plates in a Pre-Load application. As the system is buried underground, there is no obstructions, lower risk of human error and a substantial cost reduction on manual labour. The settlement data is streamed onto our online platform and is available in most common survey data formats in real time. The system alerts on any metric, including any obscurities and identifies once the project has stopped settling.
