52nd Solution started with a shared frustration. Michael Farag and Ehab Sydhom had both spent years on projects that were already in trouble before anyone wrote a line of code: the wrong problem, hidden trade-offs, and a bill that turned up before the answer did. They started 52nd Solution in 2014 on a simple correction: work out the real problem first, say plainly what it will cost, and stick around afterwards. There’s no clever methodology in that, just the part most firms skip, because honesty takes longer to sell. The name carries the idea. Every business is on a journey: a first attempt, a tenth, and eventually the breakthrough where clarity replaces complexity and the dots finally connect. It isn’t a claim about being clever. It’s a promise about where we start: past the guessing, into the answer that makes the rest make sense. Our purpose: to solve real business problems with the simplest solution that works, planned properly, explained honestly.
