5 POINTS ELEVATOR is owned by Scott Nortley and Adam Krajec. We provide vertical transportation services for a variety of building types, including; home, office, commercial, and industrial. We pride ourselves on supporting local retailers and make every effort to purchase from Michigan businesses. Home of the No-show, No-pay policy, 5 POINTS ELEVATOR never charges for missed exams nor do we need to give credit for missing visits. We provide contracts that match your needs; all costs are spelled out, never a surprise after you place a call out for billable service. At 5 POINTS, we believe that preventive maintenance with planned capital improvements is better than unexpected service calls, commonly known as "shut down maintenance". Partnering with the building, we strive to keep your vertical transportation costs low and lengthen the life cycle of your elevator. 5 POINTS ELEVATOR maintains a large selection of old wiring diagrams and enjoys working on older equipment.
