4SD Foundation prioritises regenerative futures for all people in ways that reflect human rights, equity, and social justice, while navigating in complex, fast-changing contexts. We work with all actors, at all levels (local, national, regional, and global), in all geographies, seeking at all times to be inclusive, proactive and constructive. The Foundation accompanies established and emerging leaders as they seek to optimise societal impact and environmental integrity. At 4SD, we put an an emphasis on prioritising the needs of people with the least agency and resources, and to strive for no-one to be left behind. Integral to how we work is the practice of Living Systems Leadership. The Living Systems in which we live, work and play encompass everything in our environment, from the food we buy to the impact our work has on the communities in which we live. Our Living Systems are constantly changing, evolving, susceptible to shocks, stresses and crises. Some elements are within our control but many are not. 4SD Foundation helps emerging and established leaders to: - Understand and adapt to their Living Systems - Make sense of how things work - Appreciate why things happen the way they do - Navigate challenges in their Living Systems - Influence their Living Systems for good - Connect with others and help them achieve positive changes for their futures
