4ourFans, Inc. is a Community and Public Relations Company built to help professional athletes and businesses make a difference in their communities. There are many professional athletes and businesses who wish they could create special ways to give back to their community while improving their public image, but simply don't have the time. Our goal is to make giving back easier by providing them with unique community service campaigns, comprehensive websites, fan clubs and fan mail management services. We have a very thorough and effective strategy behind our Community Relations Management Services. Before our first meeting with a potential client, we've already investigated their target area for community service activities. We've discovered the components of the area that are most dire, the geographical regions that are most in need, and the charity and government organizations already in place providing assistance. Then we analyze the potential client and their resources and create a Community Service Campaign with service projects focused on the area's problems and the client's ability to assist. Many pro athletes create non-profit organizations, usually bearing their names, in an effort to discover a unique way to help those in need. Most of these organizations are managed by the athletes' families and friends and are extremely similar in terms of their mission and purpose. Creating a unique non-profit these days is like trying to re-invent the wheel. Why waste valuable time and assets replicating what's being done when there are so many worthy avenues available that need support? Many of these worthy avenues reach out and ask for help from through phone calls, mail and emails. 4ourFans gives our clients a Community Relations Base for charitable organizations to call, and send letters and emails requesting support. We field these requests, collect and respond to fan mail and emails to discover which opportunities are being offered that they should utilize. After carefully researching each letter and call, we advise our clients on those organizations that prove to be legitimate, truly need their support and can provide our client with the most positive exposure. Whether it's sending autographed items to charitable auctions, running summer sports camps, providing Thanksgiving dinners for needy families, or rewarding students through academic incentive programs, 4ourfans has numerous creative and original concepts to help our clients help others while gaining the recognition they deserve.
