Founded in 2012, 4M Solutions Inc. began as a technical consulting firm focused on large mining equipment. Over the years, we've evolved into a comprehensive field service company offering a wide range of services, including technical support, engineering, manufacturing, mechanical repairs, welding, machining, and full Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services. As a proud Métis-owned company, we are dedicated to providing employment opportunities and mentorship for Indigenous people. Our team has over 40 years of collective experience in the maintenance, assembly, and manufacturing of large mining equipment, both in Canada and globally. Since forming our team, we have consistently delivered safe, cost-effective, and hands-on solutions for the repair of heavy mining machinery, such as electric rope shovels, hydraulic shovels, walking draglines, drills, haul trucks, and even wind generation towers. We have successfully completed numerous large and small projects, including overhauls, relocations, repairs, and the manufacturing of critical components for these massive machines.
