4infrastructure provides architecture and technical design services for office automation and operational streamlining of OA related processes and tooling. With a strong focus on Microsoft technology, standards and best practices, the goal is to normalize, standardize and optimize OA infrastructure to ensure that, in the enterprise environment, commodity services can be provided or sourced at commodity pricing. Improving the knowledge of employees by providing (on the job or classroom based) training is part of the ambition to provide enterprise service levels for commodity prices.
