45analytics is an independent quantitative research lab and probabilistic pricing framework dedicated to the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Our core thesis is built on the "45% Problem": the reality that nearly half of the outcomes in elite international football are driven by stochastic noise (pure luck) rather than measurable skill. Rather than trying to ignore this noise, we built the infrastructure to quantify it. Our autonomous data pipeline runs 10,000 Monte Carlo simulations nightly. By utilizing a Bivariate Poisson distribution model, we compare real-time global market expectations against mathematical reality (Elo-divergence) to identify market mispricings. Core Capabilities: • Automated Data Ingestion: Daily fetching of global market odds and Elo ratings via GitHub Actions. • Quantitative Modeling: Identifying mathematical "edges" and forecasting tournament progression. • Open Science: Full technical methodology, from model calibration to CI/CD architecture, published openly in "The Vault" for peer review. We don't guess winners. We measure probabilities.
