Our corporate office is located in Lynchburg, Virginia. Established in 1999 3V Design Media, LLC started out a part-time business for Victor and Cynthia McCoy then living in Chesapeake, VA. During that time Victor was working as a management consultant (private) and business plan instructor for the U.S Small Business Administration (Richmond) – he now has 30 years’ experience as an entrepreneur, marketing professional while helping other small business start and grow.
