In response to the existential crisis we are facing, 3rd Space offers a diversity of new perspectives. New ideas for critical times. We believe the metacrisis of today cannot be solved by a form of thinking that reduces life to a mechanical process. 3rd Space focuses on alternatives. Different ways of thinking, being, and doing. Innovations and ancient wisdom that disrupt the status quo, challenge our assumptions, and nourish our souls. Our aim is to provide a space for thinking, relating and creating beyond ideologies. We do this through articles, interviews, videos and podcasts with thinkers, visionaries, activists, and culture hackers from around the world. We highlight non-western philosophy and indigenous thinking for the unitive perspective they offer. We host intercultural communication and offer ‘immersive journeys’ – an opportunity to spend time interning in projects in Asia and Africa, discovering other civilisations from the inside.
