Michels worked for Gap, Inc as an art director, BananaRepublic.com as a web producer and digital artist, for Walt Disney Animation in their television animation division, and as Vice President of television development for Los Angeles based Forest Park Pictures. In 2008, Michels formed 3ML Creative, a boutique bi-coastal creative branding company.
