We are a 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 working exclusively within 𝟯𝗗 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴; 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗧. In 2014, we noticed a seismic shift in technology companies’ recruitment needs. Their products were developing fast, and they needed people with highly specialist skills who could keep pushing the boundaries of what's possible. But those people were really, really hard to recruit using a traditional agency model. 3ecruit was founded on the notion of being invested in a single niche industry and remaining agile as it changes. As a specialist 3D printing recruitment agency, we soon started working with several 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. Some loved working with us so much that they asked us to recruit for IT and print management jobs, too.
