39Kappa s.r.l. is about Italian craftsmanship. Its two founders, professional managers with strong international experience, were seeking a profitable area in which to invest. During one of their many trips abroad, they found their great investment idea, Italian craftsmanship, specifically in the field of real estate restoration and construction. The company mission was defined. The business scope narrows activities to selected medieval towns in Italy. In order to to reduce capital immobilization requirements, the business goal is to focus on smaller, and well defined, building and restoration projects. The target market will be a mid-level clientele, those willing to invest a maximum of 250,000 euro. Prior to acquisition, all restoration projects, whether owned solely by 39Kappa srl or shared with our customers (Stone Shares), must first undergo a careful geo-marketing study that will take into consideration three key factors: 1) The resale potential of the individual property chosen; 2) The quality of materials used in its construction or renovation; 3) An evaluation and comparison of adjunct costs with building projects of a similar nature (project cost, security and management, trading costs and tax, notarial and management in general). This business strategy will help ensure short-term investments of modest scale and with reliable returns, for 39Kappa srl, and for those customers who wish to share in our projects.
