Smart HR Solutions works directly with the client to develop topic specific training packages based on their source documents eg. Standard Operating Procedures etc. All eLearning content meets AICC or SCORM compliance standards for web-based learning. From small packages to the extra-long, we can create training presentations to suit your business based on over 10 years' experience in this field. Simple things such as including images can showcase your company even more and highlight specific points in the content. It also generates interest for the reader and breaks up slabs of text. We design our own presentation templates incorporating the client's logo and colours, to give a personalised and professional feel when viewed by your audience. Another function we offer is 'Text to Speech'. To clarify, Text To Speech, often written as TTS, is a technology that converts written words into speech. There are numerous voices available to choose from, however we tend to favour either an Australian speaking male or female. This technology has been used to overcome literacy issues, and it is a far more economical solution in terms of dollars and time as compared to a professional voice over. This is an important consideration for clients as they continually need to update procedures etc. and therefore training content.
