Developing Strategies Devising bespoke growth strategies for development and commercial investment Review board oversight and recommend improvements to structures, terms of reference and reporting to board and senior teams Develop effective KPIs with clear reporting mechanisms Implementing Operational Structures and Systems Review and restructures of development and community investment teams Recruitment Sourcing, developing and implementing suitable financial appraisal systems Assurance Devising and testing adequate levels of assurance Conducting audits and investigations Project Management Leading complex development and regeneration projects Manage master planning consultations, stakeholder engagement and early win projects Overseeing development and delivery of due diligence, development agreements, large scale funding appraisals and applications, particularly with the HCA Develop and implement bespoke sales and marketing plans Develop or oversee scheme feasibilities and delivery of social, affordable and market products both new build and refurbishment Partnership Working Develop new or existing partnerships with Local Authorities, housing associations, funders, developers, consultants, land agents, voluntary and community groups to support growth strategies Training and Facilitating Deliver bespoke training to Board, staff and stakeholders Devise, manage and facilitate workshops, one day conferences with staff, board or external stakeholders on a range of topic areas to support strategic aims Managing and Developing Staff Mentoring and one to one support for staff Developing staff teams through team building activities, setting team vision, operational team and individual plans
