During that time, we have been fortunate to work for two of the most respected management companies in the industry and with some of the best development and ownership partners you could ever ask for. All along, we knew that someday we would like to start our own business focused on creating outstanding senior housing communities. Well, after years of talking about it, we are finally giving it a go. Our new company is called 2Ten. We offer a wide range of senior housing consulting services including feasibility studies, market research, sales training, marketing planning, brand development, and operations analysis. In addition, along with a partner, we are looking to acquire good senior housing communities that we can make great communities.
