We are constantly extending the scope of cooperation with our partners by building business relationships through the trust gained during implementation of each project. Our open approach to project implementation and high quality results in a group of regular and trusted clients - investment funds, developers, banks and financial institutions, manufacturers, property managers and tenants. The scope of our services covers the entire life cycle of real estate, from concept through design to execution and full building operation. In addition, we provide consulting services including risk management, cost management, change management, document management, bank monitoring, technical analysis and project audits. We are constantly improving our skills in project management and we develop our own tools to support the construction process and make it easier to manage.
