Yet the structural conditions that determine how those systems function are largely invisible. 2ndSys is creating Coordination Systems Software to change that. Our proprietary Structural Intelligence capability examines the systems responsible for consequential work: who can make decisions, what information is available, which constraints govern action, how failures propagate, and whether the system can adapt. Our first applications are 2ndSys.Understand and 2ndSys.Hire. 2ndSys.Understand is the platform's control plane. It helps organizations examine their coordination systems, understand their structural conditions, and establish an evidence-backed foundation for observing how those conditions change over time. 2ndSys.Hire applies Structural Intelligence to hiring. It examines the candidate, role, and receiving coordination system together, providing information conventional hiring processes largely overlook. The same underlying platform extends to growth, AI adoption, mergers and integration, and organizational transformation. Our architecture is expanding beyond observation and diagnosis toward instrumented, executable coordination systems, including those in which human and artificial Actors participate together. Grounded in Recursive Coordination Theory, we're building a platform and an ecosystem of talent, professional services, and licensed practitioners to make Structural Intelligence accessible across consequential business problems.
