2L is a professional MEP consulting engineering practice based in New York with a passion for building design and MEP services and energy integration. 2LS was formed in 2011 with a vision and desire to influence the industry with a wide range of international and local experience in Building Services Engineering and Energy consultancy. We pride ourselves on our detailed design of building services MEP systems. We aim to deliver the best value and efficiency within capital cost constraints by working closely with the Design and Construction teams. As MEP engineers we seek to provide integrated, efficient and elegant systems for our Clients for the internal environment and critical operation of their facilities, while providing the appropriate degree of flexibility and future adaptability. As environmental engineers we seek to incorporate a global view of energy consumption, embodied energy and sustainability into the design wherever possible. Our team focuses on Clients, Architects and the Design Team at large, contributing to problem solving technically and efficiently.
