2dSearch perform high-touch web based search recruiting throughout Australia and New Zealand. We search primarily within our 2nd degree network, looking for people who people in our 1st degree network can vouch for. We do not advertise vacancies and there is no way that someone can apply for a position that we are recruiting for. Our services are highly confidential and targeted. We are known for identifying and making contact with people who have the skills and experience that our customers are looking for, and exploring the possibility of a career change with them, sometimes when they least expect it. Sometimes we kiss a few frogs whilst looking for a Prince, but we recognize that “one persons junk is another’s treasure”, and so understand that there are no frogs and treat all customers as a Prince would expect. We work hard, tell the truth, and admit our mistakes when we make them.
