Hi ! My name is Dawn and I own 2D POLE & FIT in Fort Washington MD. I have been a gym rat my entire life. One day I wanted to try something different and decided to attend a pole fitness class. I had a great time ! It was a great workout however I was mostly excited about the bond, friendships and inspiration that I felt with the ladies in class. This experience also led to my passion of encouraging others to have an outlet from everyday stressors ....to feel confident in trying new things as well as having self-acceptance. I am a huge advocate of employee wellness programs and believe that employee productivity can excel if everyone practice mental and physical health. Since then I have been impressed with the various Arts of Fitness that one can enjoy. Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Pole Fitness, Zumba, Dance Fitness, Barre and so much more. All are gifts that can impact lives physically, mentally and artistically. I am triple excited to share this experience with you and I hope that you will stop by 2D Pole & Fit soon !
