24h Education Hackathon Information

On the 24h Education Hackathon we team up with hackers around the globe to solve world problems around Education. These hackathons are initiated by volunteers around the globe to make an impact on today's society within just 24h. This can be in the form of a learning application, a new way of teaching, smart algorithms but most of all by connecting the dots. Since we face huge gaps between different countries in the quality of education getting every nation on the same level and be able to learn from each other serves as our main goal. Our start on 2013 turned out into a massive success in which 40 different organisers around the globe held a 24h education hackathon in one year. New schools were initiated and we mapped all alternative schools on the map.reevo.org in 5 different languages. Now we are striving to build the classroom of tomorrow: An online and offline world classroom featuring an open source community of innovators and hackers in education.
