We could tell you that we "deliver tailor-made solutions for our clients' strategies to define growth to increase market performance" or that we’re "a trusted advisor and counselor to many of the world’s most influential businesses", but that would just be flaky. What do we do? We fix shit. Every business has problems, and within those problems lie a number of complexities that, whoever is suffering from said problem, finds difficult to identify. So we do just that. We identify true problems in organisations, and help them fix them. Simple. How do we do it? We talk to businesses. Lots of businesses. We run QDFs with a wide range of organisations, through a number of different industries, from around the world. A QDF is a Qualified Deconstructive Facilitation, and is manifested in a number of ways, depending on the problem at hand. Why do we do it? Because, firstly, we really enjoy it. Secondly, we’re really, really good at it. Really. And thirdly, we understand the Power of Perspective. When a group of smart people are sitting around a table trying to solve a problem, it’s not a lack of knowledge that holds them back, it’s a lack of perspective.
