Through all our work, we empower state, local, and tribal governments as well as schools and campuses to develop and implement equitable and integrity-driven public safety that is grounded in building trust and strengthening relationships. 21CP does not simply make aspirational recommendations about improvements or reforms to policies, practices, or procedures.
