What started with a single class targeting new moms returning to work after maternity leave is now a thriving wellness community that encompasses 30 featured online classes a week, a variety of Morale Events, and Community Programs. Our program provides a unique space for people of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels to come together and support each other’s health and well-being. The program is a huge benefit to the morale, productivity, and retention of talented employees.
