189 Development, LLC Information

189 Development focuses on building and supporting not-for-profit organizations related to the following areas in Rhode Island: 1. Empowering Women 2. Parks and Flowers 3. The Literary Arts and Libraries 4. A Livable City Within these areas, we provide advisory and financial support for selected not-for-profit projects related to commercial real estate, strategic planning, the creation of "joy" and community building. We both support existing organizations and, occasionally, assist with launching new ones. 189 is a member of the Grantmakers Council of Rhode Island.
